Urs Bigger is a lawyer with a postgraduate education in banking. He then held various legal & compliance senior management positions in Swiss banks and has been an independent compliance consultant in the financial industry since 2004. Urs was co-founder and Chairman of SACO, the Swiss Association of Compliance Officers and is its Honorary Chairman.

Daniel Breckheimer

After graduating from the University of St. Gallen, Daniel Breckheimer spent five years successfully building up a consulting company in the field of international corporate consulting before joining a Swiss asset management company as a partner in 2008. After more than 15 years of professional experience in wealth management with a focus on family office services and the development of private equity investments, he has joint forces with Amasus at the beginning of 2024 and besides expanding client relationships focuses on new technologies and impact investing.

Roman Gantner

Roman Gantner has 19 years of experience in the strategic development and establishment of medium-sized companies and business areas. He also has a track record in the areas of KPI controlling, leadership, coaching, employee motivation, conducting market, company, customer, product and range analyses, development of e-commerce and offline multichannel sales strategies, development and implementation of organizational and process flows. He speaks several languages and for 5 years he has been contributing his knowledge in the areas of general administration, banking relationships, compliance matters, customer service and digitalization processes.

Evgenia Gozzer

Evgenia Gozzer completed a law degree at the University of St. Petersburg. Evgenia is specialized in administration and management support and has a lot of experience in these areas. In August 2021, Mrs. Gozzer moved to the wealth management industry at Amasus, where she is employed in the back office and as an assistant in wealth management.

Dani Grob

Daniel Grob holds a Swiss Federal Diploma in Financial Planning and is a qualified banker. He has 15 years’ experience in wealth management and fund management, and has also worked as sales manager for Barclays Bank, Credit Suisse and Devotec AG, among others. In the many different posts he has occupied, IT projects and infrastructures have always been part of his remit. He previously contributed this know-how to GHP Arbitrium during the period 1996 to 2015. As CEO / COO of Amasus he is mainly responsible for Infrastructure, IT, Human Resources and Administration.

Rahel Hiestand

After completing the commercial college at the Cantonal School in Pfäffikon SZ, Rahel Hiestand worked as an assistant to an investment advisor at UBS in Zurich. She then went on to get her high school diploma at AKAD and studied some semesters law at the University of Zurich. She has many years of experience as an assistant and compliance officer in an independent wealth management company in Zurich, where she worked for 17 years, managed the office and also performed deputy functions for the wealth manager. Since August 2023, she has been working as an assistant in Wealth Management for Amasus and also supports the back office.

Alain Lussenburg

After an initial eduction as an electrician, Alain Lussenburg continued his education in the banking sector in 2005. At Credit Suisse (Switzerland) AG and Credit Suisse AG, he gained experience in various operational and support functions and assumed managerial positions in various areas of the bank. Since January 2023 he has been in charge of the back office and administration at Amasus Investment AG.

Giuseppe Messuti

Dr. Giuseppe Messuti is an accomplished senior management professional with over 30 years of international experience in the financial sector. He started as an assistant professor and later became an independent strategic consultant for financial asset management and private banking. Dr. Messuti founded his own asset management company and multi-family office (G&M Zen Ltd.) in Hong Kong in 1995 and in 2015 he opened an office in Switzerland, where he developed tailor-made investment and asset protection solutions for demanding international clients. He is a great networker and has expertise in areas such as portfolio management and global business strategies. Dr. Messuti speaks several languages fluently.

Catherine Müller

After training in the hotel industry, Catherine Müller joined UBS Zurich in 1987 as a junior customer consultant. There she worked for several departments until 1993. As a returnee Catherine Müller began in 2007 with a wealth management company, then moved to GHP Arbitrium as Office all-rounder. Since mid-2018, she works as a compliance officer and also supports the back office in all matters.

Thomas Rickli

Thomas P. Rickli has over 30 years’ professional experience in all areas of private banking and wealth management. At the start of the nineties Thomas P. Rickli received a mandate to open and manage a private bank in Gibraltar. After successfully completing this mandate he returned to Switzerland in 2006 and then worked for GHP Arbitrium up to 2015. As CIO / CFO of Amasus he covers the area of Portfolio Management, Finance and Compliance / Legal.

Patrick Schiesser

Patrick Schiesser is a qualified senior management expert with 10 years of experience in the financial sector and 15 years of experience in the hotel industry. He has a track record of building businesses from the ground up and defining processes and standards. He also has expertise in operational leadership, coordination, compliance management, process optimization, customer service management, human resources, budgeting, profit and loss management, business formation, strategic sales planning and marketing/promotions. He is a good networker and speaks several languages fluently.

Ronnie Schellenberg

After several years with Credit Suisse, Ronnie Schellenberg moved to Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi in Zurich, where he worked as a trader of options and convertible bonds during the «golden age» of the Japanese stockmarket. In 1992 he joined Lloyds Bank International Private Banking in Switzerland. Since then he worked as Relationship Manager and Team Head in various geographical markets for Barclays Bank and during 18 years for EFG (formerly Banca del Gottardo & BSI) in Zurich. At the beginning of 2019 he started to work for Amasus as Senior Wealth Manager.

Mischa Seeholzer

After graduating from commercial college, Mischa Seeholzer studied for a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management in Lausanne. After a variety of positions in the services sector, he formed Mischa Seeholzer Catering AG. Mischa Seeholzer has a Masters in Banking and Finance MAS. As CSO of Amasus his main focus is towards Acquisition / Sale, Marketing and projects in the field of Real Estate / Private Equity.

Vladimir Sporynin

Vladimir started his career in 1997 as equities trader at U.K. brokerage house Flemings and later he joined leading Russian broker Aton, also as Russian equities trader.
Having worked in several senior roles on the institutional trading desks, he switched focus to investment and wealth management for private clients. In 2013 he moved to Switzerland where he took an offer to join UBS, later moving with his team to Bank Julius Baer.
At Amasus Vladimir focuses on wealth and investment management, bespoke solutions for liquidity and cash management. Vladimir holds the Certified Wealth Management Advisor (CWMA) diploma from Swiss Association for Quality (SAQ).

Michael William

Michael has over twenty years of experience in private banking and wealth management. Prior to joining G&M Zen in 2021, he was an Investment Advisor and Portfolio Manager at Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and Pictet & Cie providing investment advisory and portfolio management services to high net worth clients. Since the beginning of 2024, he has been contributing his extensive knowledge in the areas of technical analysis, evaluating investments and identifying trading opportunities to Amasus.

Michael received his BSc degree in Business Administration from the University of Geneva.

Peter Wydler

Peter Wydler spent many years as head of the investment clients business at the UBS office serving the Greater Zurich area. In 1997 he founded Wydler Finanz AG based in Zurich, which merged with GHP Arbitrium in 2011. Nowadays Peter Wydler is mainly at home in Asia and is very well versed in Asian markets.

Francis Zoller

Francis Zoller qualified as a chartered accountant, with a specialism in business administration, and has over 35 years’ experience as a financial and business consultant. He spent many years of his professional career with one of the four big international business consultancies, working both in Switzerland and abroad. Later he became business consultant for a leading Swiss firm of auditors and sat on the board of directors and executive committee of a bank audit company for over 10 years.
